Full planning permission was required for this garden building in Ascot, due to its’ position being forward of the building line.
As it was also situated beneath trees with Tree Preservation Orders we had to minimise impact upon the existing ground area, and keep root disturbance to a minimum.
A series of posts were driven into the ground, with a supporting frame then fixed to the posts to create a levelled and raised platform for the base of the summer house. Electricity cables were installed and the house was erected. A solid oak step was constructed to the entrance.
Key features of this garden building project included:
- Worked closely with client and local authorities
- Our team worked professionally to ensure no damage to tree roots
- Project was achieved within time scales
- Further work was undertaken for this client at other properties
