This landscape design and build project in Ascot involved gaining planning permissions for all the works undertaken. The soft landscaping and garden planting design were vital elements to reduce the impact of the hard landscaping left by the developer.
The new owners and clients needed the garden to look and feel like an inviting, softer space in which to play and entertain.
A master-plan was undertaken with the hard areas reduced, removed or screened. Borders were increased in size to reflect the new spatial areas and a mixed planting palette was proposed to provide all year round interest.
